- Digital Services (e.g., consulting, onboarding): Delivery begins within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. A project manager will reach out to confirm next steps.
- Scheduled Services (e.g., strategy sessions): We'll contact you within 1 business day to schedule.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds in limited circumstances. Refunds may be granted if:
- A digital product was not delivered as promised
- A service was paid for but not initiated within the timeline
- There was a billing error or duplicate payment
- Delivered services or completed consulting hours
- Change of mind after work has begun
