Marketing para PMEs em 2012 - WEBINAR

"Owners of small and medium businesses (SMBs) are beleaguered. Winning new customers is a challenge, competition is fierce, margins are tight and payments are delayed. But at the same time, SMBs are surprisingly optimistic about their prospects this year and next. Join us in a no-charge webcast at 1pm ET December 8th for insights to work into your 2012 SMB marketing plan, including SMBs’:

 •  Business outlook. Three in five (60%) SMBs expect 2011 sales to increase versus 2010; almost two in three (64%) expect sales to increase in 2012. SMBs are learning to navigate the "new normal" economy.
 •  Business concerns. "Finding new customers" remains the top business concern, followed by "Dealing with competition" and "Managing costs." In a sign that their economic problems are receding, SMBs are least concerned with "Staying in business" and "Having enough money to cover costs."
 •  Buying criteria. "Designed for my needs" is the most important buying consideration, followed by "High value" and "Reliable." SMBs want to be sure what they buy will meet their unique circumstances, whether by industry or company size.
 •  Online engagement preferences. While SMBs’ trust in most vendor categories is low, SMBs remain very open to business management advice from their vendors. They are most interested in information on their industry, technology, and sales and marketing; and are most receptive to articles, peer forums and case studies. And advisory content pays off in several ways. 41% of respondents are more likely to think favorably of vendors who provide business management advice, 39% are more likely to visit that vendor's site, and 32% are more likely to do business with that vendor.
